Shipping Policy
Trail Cookie ships throughout the United States using USPS and UPS as our third party shipping carrier.
Orders placed must have 1 week lead time prior to shipping. Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States. No P.O. Boxes. Trail Cookie is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered, UPS may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
Return Policy
At Trail Cookie, we take pride in our baked goods. If you are unsatisfied with your baked good, we require that you please return your baked good to us within 24 hours of receiving it. All refunds (if any) given will be put on in-store credit to be used at a future date.
*We must receive the baked good back in order for a any refund to be received via in-store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Payment Method
Trail Cookie only accepts credit card payments through Shopify. Trail Cookie does not accept cash, check, Venmo, or any other forms of payment without prior consent.
Order Policy
Trail Cookie requires at least 72 business hours lead time on all orders placed and lead times are subject to change based on current lead time, size of the order, event date, materials required to complete your order. We will do our very best to provide an estimated time of completion once order is placed or notify you immediately when it is realized that we are unable to complete your order in the timeframe specified.

Cancellation Policy
Trail Cookie does not offer a cancellation policy. Once the product and/or service is requested, agreed to, and paid for, the order is locked in. Product that is not picked up at the day and time customer selected, will not be refunded or be put on in-store credit.

Safety Policy
Trail Cookie uses all whole ingredients and therefore cannot guarantee the expiration date of our products beyond the dates of the ingredients individually. Failure to use common sense when storing desserts or failure to abide by the direction of our staff may result in a product with less freshness than expected.
